Comments : Hey Mike, I want to tell you I really appreciate you letting me train there at your place while I was on vacation. I was worry about fitting in with new fighters and trainers. I must say that you, your staff and the fighter are very friendly and represent the MMA world in an HONORABLE way. I felt just like if I was back home training with my guys. I learn a lot while I was there with you and can wait to see all of yall again soon. To everyone that wants to know about the Tomaso’s Martial Art. Theses guys are great. They are very family oriented. Everyone leave there ego at home and help each other becoming a better fighter. They care for everyone safety and well being and at the same time the push you to you own ragged edge. So If you think you are ready to push your self in getting in shape or becoming a better fighter or just a place to come learn about Martial Arts the go see mike and his staff. YOU WILL BE GLAD YOU DID.

Comments : This is an awesome web site . Im out of shape with a bad knee. Master tomaso let me train with my specific injury in mind and i had a great work out and learned some new skills. I reckomend visiting with master tomaso if you have a desire to learn and get fit and have an injury that has made you shy of exersize. He may be able to work with you too. Thank you master tomaso!
