Comments : The new building is awsome!! Lots of room and well thought out. It looks like Tomaso"s are really growing.If any school deserves to do well i hope the tomasos do it. Great people to train with and a great place to train in.

Comments : This is an awesome web site . Im out of shape with a bad knee. Master tomaso let me train with my specific injury in mind and i had a great work out and learned some new skills. I reckomend visiting with master tomaso if you have a desire to learn and get fit and have an injury that has made you shy of exersize. He may be able to work with you too. Thank you master tomaso!

Comments : The MMA classes are awsome. They blend together muay thai, BJJ, wrestling, and boxing. I have trained for over 25 years and this is the best training I have ever had!

If anyone has an idea of what the MMA class or submission grappling class is like as far as training, please email me the info so I can decide where I would need to start training and which is the best class for me as my only expertice is wrestling. Comments : I am interested in the MMA classes and prices for all your classes. I taught school at SYC 97-99 did you work there at that time? Anyway, I like the training aspect of MMA. It reminds me of wrestling when I was in school and Judo when I was stationed in Germany. It has been several years since I have practiced either and I was only a novice of each.
