	David Seitz David Seitz is a Tomaso Martial Arts Black Belt. He began his training in traditional Shitoh Ryu Karate over 30 years ago and attained a black belt in Shitoh Ryu Karate under Hugh Kelley. Mr. Seitz earned has earned his black belt under Master Tomaso. tkd1@bellsouth.net
